Charlie has been with the bank for two years, though he’s spent decades in real estate. He’s known in the Washington area for building apartments and owned over 1,200 apartment units. He is one of the founders at Commencement bank and when he hit 80, he was welcomed to the Portage team to continue his real estate legacy. He resides in the Tacoma surrounding area and enjoys playing with properties. In his past time you can find him in between Hawaii and Mexico.
