David Sharon is currently Portage Bank’s Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending. He has 27 years’ experience in lending to small- and mid- sized businesses. He has provided working capital lines of credit for operating companies, construction lending for both residential and commercial projects.

David has experience lending on multifamily projects involving reconfiguring the properties for higher cash flow, having provided funds for special purpose commercial real estate, and equipment financing. He strives to find custom solutions for clients that meet the needs of those customers while conforming to most of the metrics the Bank requires to underwrite the loan.
